NOTICE IS HEREBY GIVEN pursuant to section 82(5)(b) of the Financial Services Business (Enforcement Powers) (Bailiwick of Guernsey) Law, 2020 that at 9:30am on Friday the 29^th April 2022 an application will be made to the Royal Court for an administration management order in relation to the Company.
