Digital Forum to explore opportunities in digital finance
2nd February 2026
The Commission will host a panel discussion, Digital Forum – Unlocking Digital Finance, on 23 February 2026 at 8.30am at Regency Court, Glategny Esplanade, St Peter Port.
In December, the Commission issued a consultation paper setting out measures to support the adoption of digital finance across the Bailiwick. This session is designed to continue the conversation around the consultation, exploring the opportunities and challenges, and hearing different perspectives from across regulation, practitioners, Guernsey Finance and the States of Guernsey.
The panel will feature:
- William Mason, Director General, Guernsey Financial Services Commission
- Justin Bellinger, Chair of Innovate Guernsey
- Callie Loveridge, Director of Information Governance and Policy, States of Guernsey
- Barnaby Molloy, Chief Executive, Guernsey Finance
- Chris Hutley‑Hurst, Guernsey Digital Assets Association
Alice Joy, Director of External Affairs and Commission Secretary, who will moderate the panel, said:
“The Digital Forum was established to support engagement with industry on developments in digital finance and technology. This event is an opportunity to hear a range of perspectives, to consider where the opportunities lie for Guernsey and is part of the Commission’s wider efforts to ensure that policy development is informed by insights from firms and practitioners.”
The event is free to attend but places are limited. Registration is available through the Commission’s Engagement Hub.
