2021 Financial Crime Risk Return Reminder

The Commission wishes to remind all financial services businesses and prescribed businesses (with the exception of personal fiduciary licensees and general insurers) that the Financial Crime Risk Return (“the Return”) is due for submission by 31 October 2021.

The Return can be found via the Commission’s Online Submissions Portal, located at https://submit.gfsc.gg/ . Should you have any technical difficulties/queries relating to the Online Submissions Portal please email [email protected] .

Please ensure you have read the the Guidance (https://www.gfsc.gg/151-guidance) prior to submission of the Return. Should you have any queries after having read the guidance, please email [email protected] 

Please note that as part of the Commission’s work to implement the Revision of Laws project, our Online Submissions Portal will be offline between 17.00 on Friday 29 October and 22.00 on Sunday 31 October 2021. As such, the Commission encourages licensees to submit any returns with a deadline date of 31 October 2021, by 17.00 on Friday 29 October. Given the unavailability of the Online Submissions Portal in the days preceding the 31 October 2021, any returns that are due on this date will not incur a late penalty fee, if they are submitted by close of business on Monday 1 November.
