14th June 2017The Commission has imposed a prohibition order against Mr Barkman for:
- serious corporate governance failings in respect of unlicensed companies while acting as a purported director of these companies;
- providing promotion and investment advice on investments, without having the appropriate license;
- acting in breach of cell particulars.
