Digital Forum to host roundtable on AI
19th November 2025
The Commission will host its next Digital Forum roundtable on Monday 1 December as part of its Digital Finance Initiative. The session called ‘Artificial Intelligence in Finance: Innovation, Oversight and Opportunity’ will be held at the Commission’s Regency Court offices.
We are keen to signal our openness to firms using technology to meet regulatory expectations and welcome dialogue with firms considering AI adoption. This roundtable also follows a recent internal review which highlighted growing interest in AI-driven solutions to improve efficiency, strengthen risk management and deliver better service to clients and customers.
Two sessions will be held: an Industry Roundtable for regulated and registered financial services firms at 9am and then a Service Providers Roundtable for technology specialists, IT professionals, cybersecurity consultants, and other providers working with AI solutions at 2pm.
Through these roundtables, we aim to:
- Understand how firms are approaching AI;
- Identify barriers to adoption; and
- Encourage dialogue and knowledge sharing across industry.
