Ceiba Investments Limited (in administration management) ("the Company")

On 18 August 2026, the Guernsey Financial Services Commission, acting pursuant to powers granted to it under the Financial Services Business (Enforcement Powers) (Bailiwick of Guernsey) Law, 2020, made an application to the Royal Court for an administration management order in relation to the Company, a collective investment scheme registered under the Protection of Investors (Bailiwick of Guernsey) Law, 2020.

As a result of the application, the Royal Court appointed Matthew Wright and Sophie Smith of Leonard Curtis C.I. Limited as the Joint Administration Managers of the Company. The Administration Management Order came into effect from 18 August 2026.

The Joint Administration Managers act as independent officers of the Royal Court. Their appointment means that responsibility for the management of the Company's business, property and affairs has been transferred in accordance with the terms of the administration management order. The Joint Administration Managers exercise their functions independently and under the supervision of the Royal Court.

The Commission notes that the Joint Administration Managers will publish further information in due course.
