2025 Financial Crime Risk Return Reminder

The Commission wishes to remind all financial services businesses and prescribed businesses that the 2025 Financial Crime Risk Return (“FCRR”) is due for submission by 31 October 2025. Please note that the FCRR is subject to late and inaccurate filing penalties.

Firms which are required to complete the FCRR will find it available via the Commission’s Online Submissions Portal. Should you see a FCRR on your firm’s Online Submissions Portal timeline which you do not believe is required to be completed, please email [email protected] 

Please ensure you have read the Guidance prior to submission. A template showing all questions within the FCRR is also available to assist with completion. Should you have any queries after having read the guidance, please email [email protected].
