The GFSC is looking to recruit an Administrator in the General Counsel Division in a varied and interesting role in a fast paced environment requiring a high degree of confidentiality. The successful candidate will have excellent organisational and communication skills and be able to work resiliently.
Main duties and responsibilites of the role include:
Assisting in the preparation of legal opinions, correspondence, memorandums and documents.
Assisting in collecting legal and factual records and other information.
Arranging both in-house and external meetings and events.
Organising and maintaining diaries and making appointments.
Demonstrating and understanding of SharePoint and maintaining the Legal SharePoint area.
