Motor Finance Public Survey

Earlier this year, the Guernsey Financial Services Commission (“the Commission”) published a survey inviting members of the public to share their experiences with regard to motor finance following the implementation of the Lending, Credit and Finance Law on 1 July 2023.

Respondents of the survey were given the opportunity to nominate a charity of their choice to receive a small donation from the Commission and we have made a donation to Les Bourgs Hospice in this respect.

We would like to take this opportunity to thank everyone who participated in the survey.  The responses are currently being considered by the Commission, and we expect to publish our findings in early 2026.
