The following papers relate to proposed changes to the Insurance Laws, Regulations and Codes and to the Licensed Insurer's Corporate Governance Code. These have been considered by steering groups and working parties consisting of industry representatives from the captive insurance management sector, life companies, the intermediary sector and the Insurance Division of the Commission. The Commission is currently seeking written feedback from insurance licensees on theses changes.
The closing date for feedback is 16th May 2007.
