The forms for Annual Returns by holders of a fiduciary licence are now available below. These may be printed off and completed in manuscript, or completed electronically. Before completing either form, please read the introductory notes carefully.
The relevant Annual Return period is from 1 July 2009 to 30 June 2010 and all completed Returns must be submitted to the Commission by 31 July 2010. Please note that an original signature is required on the completed Annual Return form.
Annual Return for a holder of a full fiduciary licence (including a licence granted to more than one company/partnership jointly)

Please note that there have been changes to the forms for full and personal fiduciary licensees for this year as follows:
The Commission is no longer requesting specific details of insurance cover and deductible from full or personal fiduciary licensees but does require confirmation that the licensee meets the requirements of The Regulation of Fiduciaries, Administration Businesses and Company Directors, etc. (Bailiwick of Guernsey) Law, 2000 as amended (“the Law”) and the Codes of Practice made under the Law. In this connection, we would draw your attention to the second paragraph of Part D of the Annual Return form entitled “Declarations”. Should it come to the Commission’s attention that a licensed fiduciary has insufficient financial resources, including insurance cover, in place to meet a liability, we will consider that the licensee does not meet paragraph 5 of Schedule 1 to the Law.
