The Annual Return forms for completion by Fiduciary Licensees and Applicants in respect of the period 1 July 2006 to 30 June 2007 will be available to download from the Commission’s website on Friday 1 June. The forms are similar to the Annual Return forms for the year ended 30 June 2006. However, Licensees and Applicants will additionally be required to provide information about activities carried on in respect of any Foundations and provide details of current insurance cover against liabilities incurred in carrying on regulated activities. Licensees who hold a Full Fiduciary Licence will also be required to provide details of any Private Trust Companies that are administered by them. Please do not submit any previous versions of the Annual Return form as these will be returned.
