Amendments to the Bailiwick's AML/CFT Framework24th April 2007
The Commission has written to industry associations in the Bailiwick, the managing directors of all financial services businesses, personal fiduciary licensees and the managing partners of firms of advocates and accountants in connection with consultation on proposals to amend the Bailiwick’s framework for countering money laundering and terrorist financing.
The consultation document, together with drafts of the Criminal Justice (Proceeds of Crime) Regulations, 2007 and the Commission’s Handbook on Countering Financial Crime and the Financing of Terrorism are available using the links below.
Please provide any comments on the consultation paper, Regulations and Handbook by the close of business on 11 June 2007.
