The Fiduciary Services Division has operated a comprehensive regime for the regulation of trust and corporate service providers for almost 9 years and there are currently 197 licensees.
The role of Analyst includes:
- Responsibility for the day-to-day supervision of a caseload of fiduciary licensees
- Monitoring licensees’ activities
- Participating in on-site visits to licensees’ offices in the Bailiwick of Guernsey
- Dealing with licensees and their advisers in a frontline position
This role is varied and technically challenging and requires an individual with the analytical ability to evaluate, question, challenge and identify issues; an individual who is adaptable and who enjoys working in small, friendly teams; good communicator who can develop effective working relationships with licensees; and an individual who has excellent written and verbal communication skills.
