The Guernsey Financial Services Commission is the regulatory body for the finance sector in the Bailiwick of Guernsey. The Commission’s primary objective is to regulate and supervise financial services in Guernsey, with integrity, proportionality and professional excellence, and in so doing help to uphold the international reputation of Guernsey as a finance centre.
The Commission would like to announce the launch of the Online Services Portal for the submission of Personal Questionnaires (‘PQs’).
As part of the Sentinel transformation programme, the Commission has been developing its online services to provide a more efficient and less time consuming process than the current paper based systems and to improve the way it receives information from industry. Over time, more online services will be provided to allow licensees and individuals to submit the most common applications, notifications and returns to the Commission electronically.
Our first offering is PQs. If you are required to submit a new PQ, or update details previously submitted on a paper version, then you will need to register for this new service.
