The Commission has recently published several papers on its website. The papers are as follows:

 

1.    Review of Own Solvency Capital Assessments of Life and Non-Life Licensees - This paper is an objective assessment of selected OSCAs and should be of interest in particular to Non-Executive Directors.

 

2.    Technical Note on Stress Testing - Although the Commission has previously carried out stress-testing, this is the first time that the redacted results have been published.

 

3.    Guidance Note on Actuarial Requirements and Standards - This responds to an IMF suggestion that the actuarial profession would benefit by a summary of their regulatory accountabilities.

 

4.    Gross Assets, Net Worth and Premiums Written by International Insurers - The Insurance Division has updated its Statistic's page to include the 2010 business statistics including rebasing for inflation for the first time. The opportunity has also been taken to correct some past statistics.
