For ease of reference a summary of the fees payable is shown below. The annual fee is payable on or before 31 January each year. Businesses that are first registered during a calendar year shall pay a pro rata annual fee in respect of the number of calendar months or part thereof between the date of registration and the end of the year inclusive.

Reductions
The application and annual fee will be reduced in the following circumstances:
by 50%
where the business is or will be registered under the Criminal Justice (Proceeds of Crime) (Legal Professionals, Accountants and Estate Agents) (Bailiwick of Guernsey) Regulations, 2008; or
where it is part of a group where other members of that group are required to pay a fee as a Registered Non-Regulated Financial Services Business
by 75%,
where the business is or will be registered under the Criminal Justice (Proceeds of Crime) (Legal Professionals, Accountants and Estate Agents) (Bailiwick of Guernsey) Regulations, 2008; and
where it is part of a group where other members of that group are required to pay a fee as a Registered Non-Regulated Financial Services Business.
The application fee should be sent with the completed application form. Once the registration has been approved an invoice will be sent for the pro-rated annual fee.
