Following industry representation the Guernsey Financial Services Commission has extended the consultation period for the draft Licensees (Capital Adequacy) Rules, 2010 until close of business 8 January 2010.

The Commission would particularly welcome worked examples of how the current draft Capital Adequacy Rules would affect licensees.
