The forms for Annual Returns from holders of a fiduciary licence are now available below for completion electronically. Before completing either form, please read the introductory note carefully.
The relevant Annual Return period is 1 July 2007 to 30 June 2008 and all completed Returns must be submitted to the Commission by 31 July 2008. Please note that an original signature is required on the completed Annual Return form.
Please note that there has been one change to the form for full fiduciary licensees for this year. As part of the Commission’s ongoing efforts to identify the roles and relationships fulfilled by licensees, we have included in section 8 of the full fiduciary return an additional field to record appointments as Enforcer in relation to trusts for or including non-charitable purposes. In respect of the personal fiduciary return we have simplified the questions relating to Foundations.
Please do not submit any previous versions of the Annual Return form as these will be returned.
